After 20 years on the run overseas, small-time ex-criminal Johnny Spitieri (Spit) slips back into Australia on a false passport only to find himself locked up in an Immigration Detention Centre with a massive target on his back as old enemies come looking for him, determined to settle old scores. As he struggles to stay one step ahead, the resourceful Spit finds new friends in detention, teaching them his version of mateship, and what it means to be truly Australian.

Terms and conditions
- Winners are entitled to one in-season double pass which will be valid for use by 2 people (at the same time/session) from 6 March 2025 at all participating cinemas screening the film nationally, and for the duration of the film’s season.
- Present this ticket at the box office and you will be entitled to two free adult tickets to THE SPIT.
- Entries will be open from 25 February 2025 to 11.59pm 2 March 2025. To be included in the draw, you will need to have clicked on the ‘Click here to enter the SPIT movie ticket competition’ button within the February Victorian Seniors Card e-News by 11.59pm on 2 March 2025.
- Winners will be drawn at random on 3 March 2025 and will be contacted by Friday 7 March 2025 to arrange ticket distribution via post. Unclaimed passes will be redrawn on 14 March 2025.
- The passes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
- All winners’ names will be published on the Seniors Online Congratulations 2025 winners page.
- Offer is valid for available sessions during the entire theatrical season. Valid at participating cinemas only. Check newspapers or online for session details.
